Refund & Cancellation Policy

At AktivitePaketleri, your satisfaction matters to us. We apply a flexible and transparent cancellation/refund policy to all of our activity, tour and transfer bookings.

Free Cancellation, Refund and Changes up to 24 Hours

You can cancel your booking, receive a refund, or change the date/time free of charge up to 24 hours before the activity start time.

For cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance, the full amount paid is refunded with no deductions or penalties.

How to Cancel or Request a Refund

Simply send your cancellation, refund or change request via WhatsApp (+90 850 304 6476), phone, or e-mail (info@aktivitepaketleri.com).

Once your request is confirmed, your refund will be initiated.

Refund Time and Method

Approved refunds are issued using the original payment method, usually within 1–14 business days.

Depending on your bank/card provider’s processing time, it may take a few extra days to appear in your account.

Less Than 24 Hours and No-Show

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity start may not be eligible for a refund.

No refund can be issued for guests who are not present at the stated meeting point/time (no-show).

In case of adverse weather or operator-caused cancellations, you are offered an alternative date or a full refund.
