AktivitePaketleri is a TURSAB-licensed intermediary connecting customers with activities, tours and transfers in and around Antalya.

Activities are operated by the relevant local operators; we provide booking, information and coordination.

Bookings are confirmed via WhatsApp. After your request, availability and the final price are confirmed by us.

No prepayment is required; payment is generally made at the meeting point. The payment method is communicated during booking.

Each confirmed booking is issued a reservation code in the AP-XXXXXX format.

Prices are set in Turkish Lira (₺); an approximate Euro (€) equivalent is also shown for convenience (reference rate 1 € = 50 ₺; subject to change).

Unless otherwise stated, hotel transfer is included in the price. Extra services and foreign-guest surcharges are stated on the relevant activity page.

Free cancellation, refund and changes are available up to 24 hours before the activity starts.

Guests must be present at the stated meeting point/time and follow the operator’s safety instructions.

Activity-specific conditions such as health status, age and weight limits must be disclosed before booking. The guest is responsible for any inaccurate information.

Activities may be postponed or cancelled due to adverse weather or safety reasons; in that case an alternative date is offered or a full refund is issued.

We accept no liability for disruptions caused by force majeure beyond the operator’s control (natural events, official restrictions, etc.).

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Antalya have jurisdiction over any disputes.
